होली से पहले राजस्थान के लोगों को महंगाई के मोर्चे पर बड़ी खुशखबरी मिली है। लंबे इंतजार के बाद पेट्रोल-डीजल की कीमत में कमी की गई है। एक ही दिन में राज्य और केंद्र सरकार की ओर से की गई कटौती की वजह से राजस्थान में कीमतें सबसे ज्यादा कम हुईं हैं। गंगानगर में तो पेट्रोल 7.13 रुपए लीटर सस्ता हो गया है। केंद्र सरकार ने जहां पेट्रोल और डीजल की कीमत में 2 रुपए प्रति लीटर की कमी की है तो भजनलाल सरकार ने 2 पर्सेंट वैट घटा दिया है।
राजस्थान में डीजल पर वैट पर 19.30 फीसदी से घटकर 17.30 फीसदी रह गया है तो पेट्रोल पर अब 29.04 फीसदी वैट लगेगा जो पहले 31.04 फीसदी था। वैट के दरों में कटौती की वजह से अलग-अलग शहरों में पेट्रोल 1.40 रुपए 5.30 रुपए प्रति लीटर तक सस्ता होगा तो डीजल 1.34 रुपए से 4.85 रुपए सस्ता हुआ है। नई दरें शुक्रवार सुबह 6 बजे से प्रभावी हो गईं हैं।
गौरतलब है कि विधानसभा चुनाव के दौरान प्रधानमंत्री नरेंद्र मोदी ने राजस्थान की जनता से वादा किया था कि यदि राज्य में भाजपा की सरकार बनी तो पेट्रोल-डीजल की कीमतों की समीक्षा की जाएगी। उन्होंने चुनावी रैलियों में भाजपा शासित पड़ोसी राज्यों से राजस्थान में पेट्रोल-डीजल की कीमतों की तुलना की थी। लोकसभा चुनाव से पहले राजस्थान और केंद्र सरकार ने कटौती करके राज्य के करोड़ों उपभोक्ताओं को बड़ी राहत दी है।
जयपुर में पेट्रोल 3.60 रुपए सस्ता
डबल कटौती के बाद जयपुर में पेट्रोल 3.60 रुपए लीटर हो गया है तो डीजल पर प्रति लीटर आपको 3.40 रुपए कम खर्च करने पड़ेंगे। जयपुर में गुरुवार को पेट्रोल की कीमत 108.48 रुपए प्रति लीटर थी जो अब घटकर 104.88 रुपए हो गई है। वहीं, डीजल की कीमत 93.72 रुपए प्रति लीटर से घटकर 90.32 रुपए लीटर रह गई है।
